全自動(dòng)量熱儀主要由恒溫式彈桶量熱儀及微型計(jì)算機(jī)等部分組成，是一種由計(jì)算機(jī)軟件控制,并能進(jìn)行對(duì)其數(shù)據(jù)處理的多功能、自動(dòng)化熱量測(cè)試儀器。該儀器具有測(cè)量精度高、操作簡(jiǎn)便、使用可靠、外觀精美等特點(diǎn)，主要用于煤炭、石油、化工、食品、木材、生活垃圾等可燃物質(zhì)發(fā)熱量的測(cè)定。Microcomputer automatic calorimeter mainly consisting of thermostatic Shell calorimeter and microcomputer etc is a kind of versatile and automated heating testing instrument controlled by computer software and capable of data processing. The instrument features in accuracy, easiness to operate, reliability and attractive appearance and so on which is widely used in determination of calorific value of combustible substances such as coal, petroleum, chemical, food, timber as well as explosives and so on.

4 The water level balance box is used for water level equilibrium so that the repeated error can be smaller than 0.5g, the water volume is accurate and experimental time lasts shorter.

2 .微機(jī)全自動(dòng)量熱儀技術(shù)參數(shù)

測(cè)溫范圍：0~40℃（每次測(cè)定室溫變化應(yīng)≤1℃）相對(duì)濕度≤85%

溫度分辨率：0.0001℃

測(cè)試時(shí)間：點(diǎn)火初期6分鐘平衡水溫。點(diǎn)火后12分鐘測(cè)試主期溫度，全程實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間18---20分鐘（煤樣熱量低實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間相對(duì)延長(zhǎng)）。
